About Me

This is where I am supposed to tell you about myself, which I am mostly doing in my letters to you anyway.  So instead, here is a list of random things that I may or may not have mentioned in a letter already.

1. I am a natural blonde, currently masquerading as a brunette.  Please see photo above.
2. I collect weimaraner paraphernalia, most of it vintage, in the hopes I will have a "wall o'weims" someday.
3. I also collect pineapple things.
4. I don't currently have a day job.
5. I thought I would have FOUR children by now, and a husband.
6. Now I don't think I will have children at all.
7. I wear glasses or contacts all of the time because I can only see about an inch from the tip of my nose.
8. Boyfriend says my nose wiggles when I talk, sometimes more than others, but he won't tell me when.
9. I live in the Ocean State but I don't eat seafood.
10. I worked as a stock girl for Victoria's Secret for a while and amassed a HUGE collection of panties. And a sizeable store credit card bill to go with them. Both of them have disappeared with time.
11. I would like to know what a pair of $900 shoes feels like on my feet.
12. I've never been on a real vacation as an adult.  I was 16 years old on my last vacation.
13. If I'm getting dressed up, I am wearing false eyelashes.
14. I love Oprah and I kind of consider her to be my spiritual teacher.
15. The book No Opportunity Wasted changed my life, and it was a gift from my dad for Christmas.
16. I have a motorcycle drivers license.
17. I love Alton Brown of the Food Network show Good Eats.
18. I like to feed birds and squirrels.
19. Sometimes I eat my popcorn with chopsticks, because that's my idea of fun.
